Mirour exists because people make better decisions together. To keep this community safe, supportive, and fun, here’s what you need to know:
Be Kind, Be Real
Share honestly. Recommendations only work if they come from real experiences.
Respect people’s differences and keep conversations supportive.
Rewards Are for Contribution - Not for Gaming
“Thank Yous” and the Reward Store exist to celebrate people who share helpful content.
Trying to game the system - fake accounts, spammy posts, or farming rewards - is not allowed.
Abuse of the reward system can result in suspension or permanent removal from Mirour.
No Fakes, No Spam
Fake users, bots, or misleading content aren’t welcome.
Selling, spamming, or dropping ads without permission goes against our culture.
Respect Privacy
Don’t share other people’s personal information without their consent.
What’s shared in private spaces should stay there.
Keep It Useful
Recommendations are most valuable with context: why it works for you.
This isn’t about likes or followers - it’s about helping others make better choices.
Enforcement
We want Mirour to feel safe, supportive, and real.
Accounts that abuse trust - through fake content, harmful behavior, or reward manipulation - may be suspended or removed at any time.
Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Mirour! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Lutely Inc. (DBA Mirour). (“Mirour,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and establish the terms that apply when you use the Service (defined below).
BY USING THE SERVICE OR CLICKING “I AGREE,” YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.
We’re constantly improving Mirour, so these Terms may change. If they do, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material updates. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Please review our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and share your information. By using Mirour, you agree to that policy as well.
1. Use of the Service
A. Service. The “Service” includes:
Mirour’s website (mirourmirour.co) and mobile applications (the “Apps”), as updated or modified over time.
The platform that allows users to create profiles, join communities (“Spaces”), share and discover recommendations, ask questions, and participate in conversations.
All content, software, and intellectual property rights associated with the above.
B. License. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Mirour grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
C. Mirour’s Role. Mirour provides a platform for community-powered recommendations and discovery. We do not sell products directly, guarantee the accuracy of recommendations, or endorse specific brands.
2. Accounts & Registration
You must register to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 to use Mirour. If under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.
3. Member Responsibilities
Mirour is designed to be a safe and trusted community. You agree not to:
Share misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information.
Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
Violate laws, infringe on others’ rights, or post illegal content.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems.
Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content unless expressly permitted.
Share another member’s personal information without their consent.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content You Submit
Ownership. You own the content you share (“Member Content”).
License. By posting, you grant Mirour a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
Responsibility. You’re solely responsible for your content. Mirour does not endorse or guarantee accuracy of Member Content.
5. Payments & Rewards
Mirour may offer optional paid features, memberships, or a reward system (e.g., “Thank Yous” and Reward Store).
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe), and by using those services you agree to their terms.
Rewards or points earned on Mirour have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. SMS Messaging Terms - SMS Recommendation Service
Mirour offers an SMS messaging service that allows users to submit product recommendations, reviews, and discoveries by sending text messages and images to our designated phone number. This service is provided in addition to our web-based platform.
How SMS Recommendations Work
Text Messages: Users can send text messages containing product recommendations, restaurant reviews, and other discoveries to our Mirour phone number
Image Attachments: Users can include photos (MMS) of products, receipts, or items they wish to recommend
Auto-Responses: Our system will send automatic confirmation messages when recommendations are received
Data Processing: SMS content is automatically categorized and stored for review by our team
Acceptable Use of SMS Service
Users agree to:
Send genuine recommendations: Only submit authentic product recommendations, reviews, or discoveries
Respect content guidelines: Follow the same content standards that apply to the main Mirour platform
No spam or abuse: Refrain from sending excessive, repetitive, or inappropriate messages
Legal content only: Ensure all submitted content complies with applicable laws
Appropriate images: Only send images that you have the right to share and that are relevant to recommendations
SMS Service Terms
Voluntary participation: The SMS service is entirely optional and voluntary
Message and data rates: Standard SMS and MMS messaging rates may apply from your mobile carrier
Service availability: SMS service availability may vary by location and carrier
Moderation rights: Mirour reserves the right to review, moderate, or decline to publish any SMS-submitted content
Account linking: SMS recommendations may be associated with your Mirour account if you provide identifying information
Opt-Out and Discontinuation
Stop messages: Reply "STOP" to any SMS from Mirour to discontinue the service
Account closure: Closing your Mirour account will also discontinue SMS services
Service termination: Mirour may discontinue SMS services for any user who violates these terms
Third-Party Services
Twilio integration: SMS services are powered by Twilio, and their terms of service also apply
Carrier policies: Your mobile carrier's messaging policies and fees apply
Data routing: Messages are routed through third-party telecommunications infrastructure
Limitation of Liability
Mirour is not responsible for:
Message delivery failures due to carrier issues, network problems, or device limitations
Charges from carriers for SMS or MMS messages sent to or received from our service
Technical issues with message processing, storage, or categorization
Third-party services used in connection with SMS functionality
Data Retention for SMS
Message storage: SMS content may be stored indefinitely as part of your Mirour recommendation history
Image retention: Images sent via MMS are initially stored by our SMS provider (Twilio) for 30 days, after which they may be archived to permanent storage
Deletion requests: Users may request deletion of specific SMS-submitted content through our standard data deletion process
Updates to SMS Terms
These SMS-specific terms are subject to change. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the SMS service or other communication channels.
These terms supplement and are incorporated into the main Mirour Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the main Terms of Service govern except where specifically addressed in these SMS-specific terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Mirour may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Skimlinks for affiliate revenue). Use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service (excluding Member Content) belong to Mirour.
“Mirour” and related marks are trademarks of Mirour, Inc. You may not use them without permission.
Feedback you provide may be used by Mirour without restriction or compensation.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirour is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the last six months (whichever is greater).
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not through class actions or jury trials. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing [contact@mirourmirour.co].
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (where Mirour is incorporated).
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Mirour.
