Mirour was built on a simple belief: the best things we discover come from each other. This should feel like asking a trusted friend, not shouting into the void. To make that possible, we need a community culture that prioritizes kindness, curiosity, and care. These guidelines exist so Mirour can stay a place where recommendations feel genuine, conversations feel safe, and people feel respected.

These will evolve as our community grows.

CULTURE CODE

What makes Mirour feel good for everyone:

1. Kindness & Respect

Everyone comes from different experiences. Bring curiosity, not judgment. No tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination - ever.

2. Give First

Mirour only works if people share. Come ready to offer what you know, whether it’s a product you love, a tip that’s helped you, or context from your own experience. Everyone benefits when we give before we take.

3. Keep It Real

No spam. No fake recs. No misinformation. Share what you actually know and use. If you wouldn’t say it to a close friend, it doesn’t belong here.

4. Advice = Offering

When giving recommendations, think of them as offerings, not instructions or sales. Share your experience, your “why,” and let others decide what fits them.

5. Engage with Care

Imagine sitting in a room together. Listen, ask questions, make space for different perspectives. Conversation beats ranting every time.

VIOLATION CODE

The non-negotiables:

  • You must be 13+ to use Mirour.

  • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or violence = immediate removal.

  • Sharing false information or spam will get your account suspended.

  • Explicit, harmful, or exploitative content (nudity, graphic violence, child harm, etc.) is not allowed.

If you share Mirour content outside the platform, protect people’s privacy by removing names and photos.
